We’ll be honest. We don’t want advice-givers or analysts. If you want to sit in a fancy office all day, we’re probably not the right choice. Instead, we want talented, passionate people who are adventurers but still willing to take out the trash. For us, character is more important than experience. We don’t care where you come from or what you’ve done previously in your career, as long as you are willing to work hard and can pick up new concepts quickly.

We are a team of outdoor enthusiasts committed to each other and to the constant pursuit of better.

Our Team

Our team includes gearheads and slednecks, dog lovers, gardeners, and boaters. Some are hunters, some are skiers, and some just like hanging out with their family on the weekends.

Some have twenty years of experience, some have 2 months. Some went to the fanciest schools or worked for professional teams, both learned on the job and built up deep industry expertise through years of practice.

Regardless of interests or background, our team is committed to each other and to our companies. We share a deep passion for small businesses of all types and are united by the belief that our best will always lie ahead of us.

Behind the Name

Intercity Powersports is a family business originally named Intercity Fleet Auto Service, started in 1996 by Bruce Miault, Chris Kaukola, and supported by friends. Over time, it has grown to signify taking the plunge into the unknown world of powersports in 2014.

Now the torch has been passed to the next generation with Chris Unsworth, Jordie Miault and the rest of their staff looking to challenge the status quo in search of excellence and to actively support the people who work, live and play in the Northern Ontario outdoors.
